Recipe example
 
Brussels sprouts with tuna from Italy
Serves: (2 people)
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Ingredients: Brussels sprouts 300gr, 1 large onion, 1 can of tuna, extra-virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons, a pinch of pepper, rosemary
 
Preparation instructions: chop the onion and fry till gold in olive oil, add the chopped brussels sprouts, rosemary and tuna and stir fry for 3 min on low heat, season with black pepper. Serve immediately.

A note on preparation: to limit exposure to pesticides it is advisable to prefer organic fruit and vegetables when possible or to wash them with a solution of diluted additive-free soap or to use a produce wash and rinse well.
