Cancer is bad luck
We all participate in our own health through our beliefs, our feelings, and our attitude towards life as well as in more direct ways, such as through exercise and diet.” O. Carl Simonton M.D., Stephanie Mathews-Simonton, James L. Creighton, “Getting Well Again”, Bantam 1980
7.1 million deaths each year are due to cancer, a number projected to raise to 30 million within 30 years, according to WHO.
There is a wide spread misconception about what causes cancer.  Many people believe that there is little they can do to prevent cancer.
It is estimated that about 30% of cancers are caused by factors difficult to control such as hereditary factors and environmental pollution, conversely about 70% of all cancers are caused by lifestyle choices. The most important aspect of our lifestyle are our mind and emotions, followed by diet, exercise, and voluntary and involuntary exposure to carcinogenic substances, such as by smoking and through daily use of contaminated products.
